A-Green

On-demand marketplace  This is not an auction system but a marketplace where confidentiality between parties is still respected. The MVP,  includes a negotiation and generate contract in real and short time. 

 

Target and challenge

 A-Green has a clear target, a target that needs a straightforward fast to use solution.
The app looks professional and distances itself from the recreational 

 

Problems solved

 The stockholders want to facilitate and reduce time to process,  Centralization of the communication flows between the suppliers and trading houses. The Objective to facilitate the decision-making and process. By simplifying the processes and centralize procurement into one  single marketplace which is based on transparency.

 

This is a obvious example of how great it is to work with people who understand the importance of a loose scope. A change of plans doesn’t necessarily mean harmful, uncontrolled feature creep. 

 

Wireflow

One of the biggest benefits of a wireflow is the tool’s ability to visualize multiple progresses and their sequence into a single document with more than 40 screens.

That help Stakeholders easily understand the workflow while finding out which step is unnecessary and which progress should be improved.

 

The main screens for mobile application

The details screen shows an accurate polar information about and the supplier Quality, Price, delivery date,
 Also, they can  see all offers from other suppliers but without their brand name to keep transparency.
Offers, Notifications, and chat box, open purchases (for buyers), supplier  can choose their audiences if they like.
Open contract for suppliers, Open purchases for buyer allow them to track their goods.
 

 

Details & Data visualization

Product listing layout. Shows all offers on the same screen. Or can tab by categorize. Customize each card for the client need, and focus on the important information to showcase.  Past purchases, we use data visualization to showcase a big picture about all transactions for the buyer allow to check all purchases with different criteria 

Chat box

 Chat box it’s a simple system messenger, base on criteria of contract by using keyword like price, type, grade…(click twice to validate offer) to simplify discussion between parties, also can type messages.

 

Generate contract and sign

The details screen shows an accurate polar information about pre-contract generator, that allow to earn much time and start delivering goods
